Mr. IMDAD ALI BHAND was born on July 2, 1980 at Shaikh Muhalla in Bhan Sayedabad, Taluka Sehwan Sharif, District Jamshoro. He received primary education from Government Primary School Shaikh Muhalla Bhan Sayedabad. He passed matriculation & intermediate examinations from Government Boys Higher Secondary School Bhan Sayedabad. He received masters degrees in English & Islamic Culture from University of Sindh, Jamshoro. He received Masters of Philosophy (M. Phil) degree in Education from University of Sindh, Jamshoro. He received the professional certificate & degrees of Primary Teaching Certificate (P.T.C.) from Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad & Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from University of Sindh & Masters of Education (M.Ed) from Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU), Khairpur Mirs.

He qualified the test conducted by College of Business Management (CBM), Sukkur which is now Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Sukkur in Education & Literacy Department & was appointed as Primary School Teacher (PST) on December 8, 2001 at Government Boys Primary School, Yousif Jamali. He was single teacher in school teaching all classes and subjects. He was transferred to Government Boys Primary School, Soomar Shahani & also performed his duties with great zeal & passion. He again qualified the test conducted by Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Sukkur in Education & Literacy Department & was appointed as High School Teacher (HST) on August 1, 2008 at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Bhan Sayedabad, the same school where he passed intermediate examination. As HST, he taught English and Biology of Matric classes. He qualified the test for a 3rd time conducted by Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Sukkur in Education & Literacy Department & was appointed as Head Master (HM) on June 14, 2017 at Government Boys Primary School Main Sehwan Sharif which is now upgraded to Government Boys High School, Main Sehwan Sharif.

He has taught free tuition to poor once from 2008 to 2018. Many students got their inspiration and reached at the aim of life. His hobby is reading newspapers and books. He has attended English professional training conducted British Council. He performs with body and soul any assignment given to him by the Education & Literacy Department. He is the admin of Facebook page "GPS Main Sehwan".

His best teachers are Sir Ali Akbar Birhmani, Advocate Muhmamad yousif Rahpoto, Muhammad Ibrahim Shahani & Dr Sattar Almani. His best friends are Sir Shamsuddin Rahpoto & Mr Muneer Ahmad Mengal.

His father Muhammad Idrees Bhand is retired from Pakistan Railways. He is 5th among his siblings. He has four children; two sons & two daughters.

While talking with the team of Sindh Educators about Education, he said Education is life. Without education man is dead. Teaching is difficult job but a teacher who is eager to teach and he or she should be a teacher in all means. The first and the most important quality which a teacher should have is he must be a psychiatrist.
