Mr. ALI AKBAR JISKANI was born on February 16, 1991 in village Khan Muhammad Jiskani near Tando Ghulam Ali, Taluka Matli, District Badin. His father's name is late Mubarak Ali Jiskani. He passed matriculation examination from Government Boys High School, Tando Ghulam Ali in 2006. He passed intermediate examination from Government Muslim Science College, Hyderabad in 2008. He received Bachelor Studies (B.S.) degree in Physiology from University of Sindh, Jamshoro in 2012. He received certificate in English Grammar from American Centre, Hyderabad. He received professional degrees of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Masters of Education (M.Ed.) from Allama Iqbal Open University in 2017 and 2019 respectively.

He qualified the test in Education and Literacy Department conducted by National Testing Service (NTS) and was appointed as Primary School Teacher (PST) on February 13, 2015 at Government Boys Lower Secondary School, Pir Sakhi Usman Shah. In 2019, he was transferred to Government Boys Elementary School, Khan Muhammad Jiskani.

He has attended Inducton training and Election trainings and has performed the duties in Annual School Census (ASC), Voter Verification and Population Census. He is the admin of Facebook page "GBELS Khan Muhammad Jiskani".
