Mr. RAJA MUHAMMAD BAKSH SOOMRO was born on November 6, 1988 in Kotri - a town in District Jamshoro. He passed matriculation examination in 2004 from Mehran University Public School, Jamshoro in A-1 grade & secured the highest marks in school. He passed intermediate examination from Preston College, Hyderabad in "A" grade. He graduated from Telecommunications Department from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET), Jamshoro. He received Masters of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Information Technology (IT) from Sindh Agriculture University (SAU), Tando Jam. He has also received Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) & Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) degrees from University of Sindh, Jamshoro & Sindh Law College, Hyderabad respectively. He has received professional degree of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from Elsa Kazi Campus, Hyderabad. He has received the certificate of The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) from Australian Education Office (AEO) & is currently enrolled in Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration from University of Sindh, Jamshoro.

He was appointed as a Lecturer on contract at Information & Telecommunications (ITC) in Sindh Agriculture University, Tando Jam on February 15, 2016. He worked there for 8 years. He qualified the test conducted by Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Sukkur in Education & Literacy Department & was appointed as Junior Elementary School Teacher (JEST) on August 30, 2022 at Government Boys High School, Kotri. He has taught Wireless, Communication, Accounting, Management & Mathematics subjects.

He is a good player of cricket. He also likes watching cricket matches.

His family has been living in Kotri before partition. His grandfather was Secretary in Revenue Department & was a highly qualified person. His father Dr. Professor Muneeruddin Soomro was Gold Medalist faculty top from Commerce Department in University of Sindh who retired as Pro Vice Chancellor in Grade-22 from University of Sindh & presently is working as a professor in Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Sciences & Technology (SZBIST), Hyderabad. His mother is also working as a Head Mistress in Grade-18 in Education & Literacy Department. He is at 2nd among his siblings. His younger brother Mehdi Soomro is also JEST in GBHS Kotri & younger sister is Drawing Teacher (D.T.).

While talking with the team of Sindh Educators, he said "For me, proper time management is key of success. You have to schedule your time for studies daily like other stuff of life even just reading a single page daily can matter alot."
