Mr. ALLAH OBHAIYO BHAND was born on May 9, 1997 at village Ismail Khan Bhand, Taluka Daulatpur, District Shaheed Benazirabad. He received primary education from his village's school Government Boys Primary School, Ismail Bhand. He passed matriculation examination from Government Boys High School, Bachalpur. He passed intermediate examination from Government Boys Intermediate College, Kazi Ahmed. He graduated in B.Ed (Honors) 4 years program from Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Shaheed Benazirabad (SBBU, SBA), Nawabshah.

After completion of graduation from SBBU SBA, he filled the form of PST and JEST in Education & Literacy Department test conducted by Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Sukkur and was appointed as Primary School Teacher (PST) on December 16, 2022 in Government Boys Primary School Ismail Bhand, in the same school where he received his primary education. He has taught all subjects in school. He is the class teacher of Grade 4 and 5.

Actually He belonged to an educated family. His father Mehar Khan Bhand is in-charge headmaster at Government Boys Primary School Ismail Bhand.

While his famous quote is "Education does not change the world but Education changes the people who will change the world".

While talking with the team of Sindh Educators about Education, he said "In my opinion education is awareness. It tells us what is right and what's wrong. Without education human is like animal."
