Mr. ARSHAD ALI JHATIAL was born on February 21, 1992 in Radhan - a town in Taluka Mehar, District Dadu. He received primary education from Government Boys Primary School Radhan Station. He passed matriculation & intermediate examinations from Government Boys Higher Secondary School Radhan Station. He received Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geology from University of Sindh, Jamshoro.
He worked in Emirates Global Aluminium as a Utility operator from 2015 to 2020. He has worked in construction sector as Laboratory technician in Doctor Khaskheli Material Testing Laboratory Jamshoro from 2021 to 2023. He qualified the test conducted by Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Sukkur in Education & Literacy Department and was appointed as Junior Elementary School Teacher (JEST) on August 12, 2023 in Government Boys High School Thariri Mohabat, in Taluka Mehar, District Dadu. He has taught English, General Science and Mathematics and is class teacher of grade-VIII.
He likes playing cricket and using Internet, watching islamic and news videos. His favorite personality is Hazrat Muhammad sale Allah alaihe wasalam.
His grandfather Nasrullah Jhatial was an employee in Pakistan Railway and Pesh Imam in his village's mosque. His father Abid Ali Jhatial is working in Saudi Arabia. He is at number 5th among his siblings. His three brothers Aftab Jhatial, Kamran Jhatial and Imran Jhatial have their own business.
While talking with the team of Sindh Educators, he exchanged his views about education: "Getting education is must for everyone. Education brings knowledge and makes human good and beneficial for society. Education is the most powerful weapon. Through education we can be developed nation very quickly. We should use maximum percentage of budget in education. There should be good school buildings in every village of the country and all the facilities like furniture, water, power. There should be no shortage of class teachers in every school. We should teach islamic values to children and good manners. Teacher should be friendly to students and teach them respect of teachers and everyone in the society."
While talking with the team of Sindh Educators, he gave the following message to students and general public:
"Get education. It is the best weapon for you in this world. It will make you respectable person of society and you can get good Jobs through education and support your family."
