Mr. SALIKH NAZEER JATOI was born on March 13, 1994 in Taluka Sakrand, District Shaheed Benazirabad (SBA). He received his early education from the school of his native village Government Boys Primary School, Hamzo Jatoi. He passed his matriculation examination from Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Kazi Ahmed. He passed his intermediate examination from Government Boys Degree College, Kazi Ahmed. He received Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Energy and Environment, and Masters of Engineering (M.E.) degree in Environmental Engineering from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Sciences and Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah. He received the professional degrees of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Masters of Education (M.Ed) from Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad and Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU), Khairpur Mirs. He is currently doing Masters of Arts (M.A.) in Sindhi from Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University (SBBU), Shaheed Benazirabad.

He qualified the test conducted by National Testing Service (NTS) in Education and Literacy Department of Sindh and was appointed Primary School Teacher (PST) on January 20, 2015 at Government Boys Primary School, Hayat Mari. He again qualified the test conducted by Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Sukkur in Education and Literacy Department of Sindh and secured the 2nd position in Taluka Sakrand. He was appointed as Junior Elementary School Teacher (JEST) on January 1, 2020 at Government Boys High School, Fatuhal Zardari. He was promoted to High School Teacher (HST) on April 18, 2023. He is performing his duties with great passion and zeal in Government Boys High School, Fatuhal Zardari. He has taught Chemistry, Mathematics and General Science and has remained Class Teacher of 9th class.

He often delivers motivational lectures and inspires the students specially for their future and thier parent wishes. He involves students in science projects and makes them busy doing practicals in science lab.

He got 2nd position in college when a test was conducted by SAGA and he received Cash Prize and Certificate also. He has received Appreciation Certificate on the occasion of TEACHERS DAY from Chief Monitoring Officer (CMO). He also has received Certificates for best presentation in Induction Training and Pakistan Reading Project (PRP).

His favorite personality is late uncle Niaz Hussain Unar. Some of his best friends are Khurram Ali Unar, Sohail Raja Jatoi and Bilawal Khan khoso. His best teachers are sir Muhammad Juman Chandio, sir Gul Munir Otho, sir Muhammad Moosa Jatoi, sir Hafiz Mushtaque Ahmed Rahu, Dr. Shujaat Ali Shah, Professor Nazeer Ahmed Khokhar, Dr. Abdul Qayoom Jakhrani and Dr. Abdul Nasir Laghari.

His Father Mataro Khan Jatoi was a farmer. He has seven brothers and he is at number 3rd. His elder brother Abdul Khalique Jatoi is a Primary School Teacher (PST), 2nd brother is a farmer, 4th  brother is a Vaccinator, 5th & 6th both brothers are dumb and the last one is teaching in Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABST), Hyderabad.

While talking with the team of Sindh Educators about education, he said, "Teachers should be honest in fulfilling their responsibilities and should encourage students to not limit themselves to bookish education alone. They should also focus on upgrading students' real-life skills. At the same time, students should remember that when they leave their homes, they should think about the expectations of their hardworking parents who prepare breakfast and uniforms for them every morning to send them to school. Please do not betray their trust, and never take a step that would make your parents feel ashamed. Parents, we request and suggest that you stay in touch with the school regarding your child's progress, cooperate with the teachers, make friends with your children, spend time with them, so they can have a better environment."
