Mr. ALI HASSAN JAMRO was born on July 04, 1990 in village Jhando Mashaikh, Taluka Kot Diji, District Khaipur Mirs. He received his early education from his village's primary school and also memorized five chapters of the Holy Quran. He passed his matriculation examination in 2005 from Mehran Public School Ranipur in grade "A". He passed his intermediate examination in 2007 from Government Sachal Sarmast Degree College, Ranipur. He passed Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics degree in 1st class from Shah Abdul Latif University (SALU), Khaipur in 2012. He received his Masters of Science (MS) in Physics and Masters of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Physics from Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur. He received his professional degrees of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in 2013 and Masters of Education (M.Ed) in 2018 from Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur.

He started his professional career by teaching in Samra College Gambat and Army Public School and College (APSAC), Pano Aqil as a Physics Teacher. He has also taught in Sindh Madrasa-tul-Islam Board (SMB), Karachi. He qualified the written test two times of Lecturer by Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) but did not qualify interviews. He has taught Physics and General Science subjects in Government High School, Karoondi which was managed by Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Sukkur from 2017 to 2022. He qualified the test conducted by Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Sukkur and was appointed as Primary School Teacher (PST) on February 1, 2023 at Government Boys Elementary School Gambal Shah, Kot Diji.

He belongs to a well educated family. His father Muhammad Hassan Jamro was an Agriculture Teacher (AT). His grandfather Muhkumuddin Jamro was a Primary School Teacher (PST). While one of his brother is also a teacher in private school. His ideal teacher is Professor Dr. Deedar Ali Jamro.
