Mr. JAVED ALI UNAR was born on October 23, 1992 in village Unarpur, Taluka Manjhand, District Jamshoro. He received his early education from Government Boys Primary School, Unarpur in 2002. He passed his matriculation examination in grade "A" from Government Boys High School, Unarpur in 2007. He passed his intermediate examination from Government Sarwari Islamiya Degree College in 2009. He passed BS (Zoology) degree in 1st class from University of Sindh, Jamshoro in 2014. He received professional degrees of B.Ed and M.Ed from Elsa Kazi Campus (Old Campus) in 2016 and 2019 respectively. 

He started his professional career by teaching in private institutions like Labbaik Public Grammar High School Jamshoro and Riba public Higher Secondary School Jamshoro as a Biology Teacher. He qualified the test conducted by Institute of Business Administration, Sukkur in Education & Literacy Department. He was appointed as Junior Elementary School Teacher (JEST) on 13 September 2022 at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Manzoorabad. He has taught Biology And General Science subjects.

His hobbies are playing cricket and reading books. He has received Best Teacher Award in 2019 from Educators Jamshoro.

His best teachers are Sir Basheer Ahmed Khoso, Sir khadim Hussain Charo and Sir Nadir Ali Shah, Associate Professor in Department of Zoology, University of Sindh, Jamshoro. His ideal personalities in Education Department are Mr. Muhammad Ayub Mallah, Deputy DEO Primary, District Jamshoro, Mr. Bahram Lashari, TEO Primary Manjhand,  Mr. Javed Ali Shaikh, Head Master Government Boys High School, Akro, Mr. Nabi Bux Memon, Deputy Director Bureau of Curriculum, Mr. Zulfiqar Memon, HST and Mr. Ahsan Sarki, HST.

His father Muhammad Juman Unar is a farmer. His number in siblings is 4th. His younger brother Sajjad Ali Unar is serving as a Medical Technologist at Diagnostic Research LUMHS, Hyderabad.

While talking with the team of Sindh Educators, he gave the following message for students and general public:

"If you believe you can do something and try to do it, then you were right. Don't think about why something may not work. We are always much, much more than what we think we are. Comfort zones are meant to be breached. Don't just imagine finishing your work or getting a good grade."
