Profile # 48 Arjan Kumar Sootahar (HST - GBLSS Kamaro Sharif) ارجن ڪمار سوٽھڙ

 

An enthusiastic and self-made ARJAN KUMAR was born in a Hindu family on August 21, 1988 in Tando Allahyar. He got his early education from Government Boys High School and went to Public School for higher studies where he passed intermediate exam in 2005 with flying colors.

He got admission in University of Sindh and received Masters degree in Finance besides this achieved professional degrees of BEd and MEd from the same institution.

In 2014, he qualified the test and was appointed as JST on 27 June 2014. Working there for 8 years, on 7 April 2022 he was awarded with designation of HST and posted at the school of Kamaro Sharif where he is also as a supervisor.

He has 6 years of teaching experience at centre of BEd and MEd Tando Allahyar. Apart from this he attended different workshops and induction training such as,

1. Induction Training 2015

2. Member of SESLOAF implementation plan

3. Peace Training

4. LSBE Phase 1 and 2 at PITE

He is also serving as a Master Trainer at district level in LSBE and SESLOAF implementation plan and PEACE. He manages to conduct the test at different schools with coordination of BC and EW (DCAR).

Nowadays he has been working as a Master Trainer in professional development training of newly joined PSTs.

His message to students in Sindh: "When wealth is lost, nothing is lost. When health is lost, something is lost. But when character is lost, everything is lost. Need to be focused on goals rather than wandering here and there."
