Muzmil Memon from Hala New, District Matiari, Sindh, belongs to a middle-class family and is currently working as a Lecturer in Computer Science/I.T (BPS-17) at Cadet College Petaro. He was born on 13 March 1993 and received his primary and secondary education from a government school in his village, Hala. Due to his father's poor financial condition, he had no chance to pursue higher education at the university level. However, with the support of others, he was able to continue his studies and achieved a top position in the first semester. His merit-based ranking in HEC and Sindh endowment scholarships provided him with financial support every year.

He has earned an M.Phil. in Software Engineering through the Prime Minister's program from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science, and Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah SBA. He started his first job at the international organization EURONET Pakistan as an IT technical expert. Then, he began his first lecturership at Government Habib College, Nawabshah as a Visiting Faculty Member. Later, he transitioned to a teaching position at QUEST, Nawabshah. He has various publications in international Journal and has presented his research papers at different international conferences as well.

His message to impoverished students in Sindh: "Always work hard and never be discouraged by anyone. Believe in ALLAH Pak, and your success day will come. Don't worry if you come from a poor family; you are capable of achieving your dream's success."
