Sir Syed Naeem Ahmed Shah (Lakiyari) was born on December 20, 1989 at village Phulji Station, Taluka Dadu in District Dadu of Sindh. His father Sajid Ali Shah had a private job in Saudia Arabia. He got his primary education from Government Boys Primary Campus School, Phulji Station. From a private school, White Palace High School, Kotri, he got his middle education. He passed his matriculation examination from Dewan Mushtaq High School, Kotri in 2006. He passed his Intermediate examination from Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Phulji Station in 2008. He got his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and Masters of Commerce (M.Com) degrees from Government Ghazali College, Latifabad No.11 (Affiliated with University of Sindh, Jamshoro) in 2011 & 2013 respectively. He got his Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Masters of Education (M.Ed) degrees from Elsa Kazi Campus (Old Campus), Hyderabad in 2017 & 2019 respectively. He also passed Masters of Arts (M.A.) in Islamic Culture from University Of Sindh Jamshoro. He got Diploma In Information Technology (D.I.T.) certificate in 2022 from Siddiqui Institute, Kotri (affiliated With STEVTA).

He worked for one year as Computer Operator at Nadeem Textile Mills Private Limited, Site Area, Kotri in 2013. He passed National Testing Service (NTS) test in Education and Literacy Department of Sindh and joined his services as Primary School Teacher (PST) on 13 November 2014. He got his appointment in Government Boys High School (Campus), Allah Bachayo Shoro, Kotri. He was transffered to Government Boys High School (Campus) Labour Square, SITE area, Kotri in 2019.

Since his appointment as a government servant, he has received so many trainings and also has worked in assignments and duties given to him by the department. He has proven himself as a competent and hard working teacher. He received two years Professional Training for Teaching Early Grade Reading 2016-2017 by Pakistan Reading Project (PRP). He worked with RSU Jamshoro as Data Entry Operator (DEO) on ASC project in 2019. He worked as member at DCAR Jamshoro in EGRA (Early Grade Reading Assessment) project in 2020. He worked as a member in Development of Asan Urdu curriculum for grade 3-5 in september 2021, at DCAR Jamshoro. He worked with RSU (Reform Support Unit) Jamshoro as Enumerator in ASC (Annual School Census) 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22. He worked with ECP (Election commission of Pakistan) Jamshoro as Data Entry Operator (DEO), Verifying Officer (VO) and Display Center Incharge (DCI) on periodical revision of electoral rolls 2021-22. CPD workshop for Designing of Independent Learning Material (DILM) with Directorate of Curriculum and Research Wing (DCAR), Jamshoro in 2022. He has also worked as Assistant Presiding Officer (APO) and Polling Officer (PO) in General and Local Body Elections. He has worked as Enumerator in Pakistan's Census 2017 and Digital Census 2022 by Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS). He is currently working with HEC (Higher Education Commission), NTS, SIBA (Sukkur Institute of Business Administration) as Invigilator since 2020.

His best Teachers are Sir Shamsuddin Panhwar And Sir Ghaffar in Primary, Miss Salma Baloch in Middle, Miss Qamarunnisa in Matric, Sir Naimatullah Qureshi in Inter, Sir Nizamuddin in B.Ed and Sir Dilshad in M.Ed. His close friends are Muhammad Sajid Kardar (PST), Adnan Hussain Mughal (HST), Imran Soomro (PST), Omer Noor (PST), Mahar Dil Memon (Assistant), Shahmeer Khokhar and Ali Shehzad Memon (HST).

Socially, he worked with All Sindh Primary Teachers Association (PTA) Taluka Kotri in upgradation of PSTs documents arrangement.

He has two brothers. His younger brother Syed Abdul Basit studies in Statistics Department in University of Sindh, Jamshoro and his youngest brother Syed Younis Ahmed Shah has passed matric exam from City Grammer School, Kotri.

محترم جناب سائين سيد نعيم احمد شاھ (لڪياري) صاحب 20 ڊسمبر 1989ع تي دادو ضلعي جي ڳوٺ ڦلجي اسٽيشن ، تعلقو دادو ۾ پيدا ٿيو. سندس والد ساجد علي شاھ سعودي عرب ۾ خانگي نوڪري ڪندو هو. هن ابتدائي تعليم گورنمنٽ بوائز پرائمري ڪيمپس اسڪول، ڦلجي اسٽيشن مان حاصل ڪئي. هن پنهنجي مڊل تعليم ڪوٽڙي جي هڪ خانگي اسڪول وائيٽ پيلس هاءِ اسڪول مان حاصل ڪئي. 2006ع ۾ ديوان مشتاق هاءِ اسڪول، ڪوٽڙيءَ مان مئٽرڪ جو امتحان پاس ڪيائين، 2008ع ۾ گورنمينٽ بوائز هائير سيڪنڊري اسڪول ڦلجي اسٽيشن مان انٽرميڊيئيٽ جو امتحان پاس ڪيائين. بي ڪام 2011ع ۾ ۽ ايم ڪام 2013ع ۾ گورنمنٽ غزالي ڪاليج، لطيف آباد نمبر 11 (سنڌ يونيورسٽي ڄامشورو سان لاڳاپيل) مان پاس ڪيائين. هن پنهنجي بي ايڊ 2017ع ۾ ۽ ايم ايڊ 2019ع ۾ ايلسا قاضي ڪيمپس (اولڊ ڪيمپس)، حيدرآباد مان پاس ڪئي. هن سنڌ يونيورسٽي، ڄامشورو مان اسلامڪ ڪلچر ۾ ايم اي پڻ پاس ڪئي. هن 2022ع ۾ صديقي انسٽيٽيوٽ، ڪوٽڙي (اسٽيوٽا سان لاڳاپيل) مان ڊپلوما انفارميشن ٽيڪنالاجي (ڊي آئي ٽي) سرٽيفڪيٽ حاصل ڪيو.

هن 2013ع ۾ نديم ٽيڪسٽائل ملز پرائيويٽ لميٽيڊ، سائٽ ايريا، ڪوٽڙي ۾ هڪ سال ڪمپيوٽر آپريٽر جي حيثيت سان ڪم ڪيو، هن سنڌ جي تعليم کاتي ۾ نيشنل ٽيسٽنگ سروس جو امتحان پاس ڪيو ۽ 13 نومبر 2014ع تي پي ايس ٽي ڀرتي ٿيو. کيس گورنمينٽ بوائز هاءِ اسڪول (ڪيمپس)، الله بچايو شورو، ڪوٽڙي ۾ مقرري ملي. هن کي 2019ع ۾ گورنمنٽ بوائز هاءِ اسڪول (ڪيمپس) ليبر اسڪوائر، سائيٽ ايريا، ڪوٽڙي منتقل ڪيو ويو.

سرڪاري ملازم طور مقرر ٿيڻ کان وٺي، هن ڪيتريون ئي تربيتون حاصل ڪيون آهن ۽ ڊپارٽمينٽ پاران ڏنل ڪمن ۽ فرضن ۾ پڻ ڪم ڪيو آهي. هن پاڻ کي هڪ قابل ۽ محنتي استاد طور ثابت ڪيو آهي. هن پاڪستان ريڊنگ پروجيڪٽ (پي آر پي) پاران 2016-2017ع تائين ٽيچنگ ارلي گريڊ ريڊنگ لاءِ ٻن سالن جي پروفيشنل ٽريننگ حاصل ڪئي. هن 2019ع ۾ اي ايس سي پروجيڪٽ تي ڊيٽا انٽري آپريٽر آر ايس يو ڄامشورو سان گڏ ڪم ڪيو. هن 2020ع ۾ ايگرا (ارلي گريڊ ريڊنگ اسيسمينٽ) پروجيڪٽ ۾ ڊي سي اي آر ڄامشورو ۾ ميمبر طور ڪم ڪيو. هن سيپٽمبر 2021ع ۾ گريڊ ٽئين کان پنجين لاءِ آسان اردو نصاب جي ترقي ۾ ميمبر طور ڊڪار ڄامشورو ۾ ڪم ڪيو. هن آر ايس يو ڄامشورو سان اي ايس سي ۾ 2019-20ع، 2020-21ع ۽ 2021-22ع ۾ ڳڻپيوڪر طور ڪم ڪيو. هن اي سي پي ڄامشورو سان گڏ ڊيٽا انٽري آپريٽر، تصديق ڪندڙ آفيسر ۽ ڊسپلي سينٽر انچارج طور 2021-22ع جي ووٽر لسٽن جي وقتي نظرثاني تي ڪم ڪيو. 2022ع ۾ ڊائريڪٽوريٽ آف ڪريڪيولم اينڊ ريسرچ ونگ ڄامشورو سان سي پي ڊي ورڪشاپ آف انڊيپينڊنٽ لرننگ مواد جي ڊيزائننگ لاءِ ڪم ڪيو. هن پاڪستان جي شماريات بيورو آف اسٽيٽسٽڪس پاران پاڪستان جي مردم شماري 2017ع ۽ ڊجيٽل مردم شماري 2022ع ۾ ڳڻپيوڪر طور ڪم ڪيو آهي. هو هن وقت اين ٽي ايس ، ھيڪ ، سيبا ۾ 2020ع کان انوجيليٽر طور ڪم ڪري رهيو آهي.

سندس بهترين استادن ۾ پرائمري ۾ سر شمس الدين پنهور ۽ سر غفار، مڊل ۾ مس سلميٰ بلوچ، مئٽرڪ ۾ مس قمر النساءِ، انٽر ۾ سر نعمت الله قريشي، بي ايڊ ۾ سر نظام الدين ۽ ايم ايڊ ۾ سر دلشاد آهن. سندس ويجها دوست محمد ساجد ڪاردار (پي ايس ٽي)، عدنان حسين مغل (ايڇ ايس ٽي)، عمران سومرو (پي ايس ٽي)، عمر نور (پي ايس ٽي)، مهر دل ميمڻ (اسسٽنٽ)، شهمير کوکر ۽ علي شهزاد ميمڻ (ايڇ ايس ٽي) آهن.

سماجي طور تي هن آل سنڌ پرائمري ٽيچرس ايسوسيئيشن (پ ٽ ا) تعلقي ڪوٽڙيءَ سان گڏجي پي ايس ٽي جي اپ گريڊيشن ۾ ڪم ڪيو.

کيس ٻه ڀائر آهن. سندس ننڍو ڀاءُ سيد عبدالباسط سنڌ يونيورسٽي ڄامشورو ۾ شماريات کاتي ۾ پڙهندو آهي ۽ سندس ننڍي ڀاءُ سيد يونس احمد شاھ سٽي گرامر اسڪول ڪوٽڙي مان ميٽرڪ جو امتحان پاس ڪيو آهي.
